Nettle Pesto

2 - 4 tbsp Pine Nuts

3/4 cup Olive Oil (extra virgin)

2 c dried Nettle leaves

3/4 tsp Salt

1/3 c Parmesan Cheese

2 Garlic Cloves


Blend and enjoy in sauces, soups, pastas,

or as a fantastic dip for veggies!
